Lively and juicy yet tactile, with sneaky concentration to the herbal and pomaceous orchard fruit flavors. Finishes medium-long and savory. Not the last word in concentration, but well-balanced and easy to drink; it's another remarkably good Soave Classico from Bolla, a wine that starting back in the 1970s became one of Italy's first internationally known white wines.
